ABB, which is a global technology firm from India has recently launched eMart in the country on Tuesday which is an online marketplace portal. The portal, eMart is going to offer more than 6,000 products for the home and industry buyers from its electrification business.
“With this move, ABB India aims to further expand its reach in untapped markets while strengthening its presence in the existing sector, maximizing the changing customer buying preferences with a seamless digital experience,” a company statement said.
The type of product offered by the eMart will be ranging from contractors, modular switches, digital circuit breakers, home automation, miniature circuit breakers, residual current circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, medium voltage relays, and such.
The President of ABB India and Electrification business CP Vyas while commencing on the launch said that, “It aims to build a digital ecosystem and infrastructure between the manufacturer, the partners, and the customers and provide impetus to the business climate and the Digital India program.”
He also said further that currently, the company is focusing on designing avenues that will enhance the digital transformation journey of the customers as well as the partners of ABB India. The latest launch of eMart is just the right step in that direction that will help the company is getting a great customer experience while providing better digital solutions.
In order to provide an equally fair and favorable experience to both the customer as well the distributor, the new platform, eMart will serve both, business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer, (B2C).
